Michelle Wang is a senior in the undergraduate degree program in Applied and Computational Mathematics Emphasis (ACME), with a concentration in Data Science and Machine Learning.
From Plano, Texas, Michelle has interests in acoustics, natural language processing, number theory, and more. In her free time she enjoys writing music, listening to music, and playing League of Legends.
Research:
Michelle's current research is focused on models for sound propagation in the ocean and calculating model parameters.
